A delightful stay in the heart

Waking up to the vibrant city skyline was breathtaking. The staff truly made my solo adventure memorable with their warm smiles and helpfulness.

The gym was a bit cramped, making it hard to find space for my routine, but it didn’t overshadow the overall experience.

The hotel boasts stunning modern décor with vibrant colors, making it welcoming and comfortable. Its accessibility was excellent for seniors, with spacious hallways and easy-to-navigate areas. The staff were always attentive and willing to help.

my previous stay in sao paulo was pleasant, but this time exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and bright, with lovely decor, and the breakfast had an amazing selection of fresh fruits and pastries. the staff were incredibly attentive, making my overnight stay memorable.

Modern room with a great city view. Limited gym space for workouts. Enjoyed the bike tours available nearby. Excellent breakfast options, fresh pastries, and fruits.

I chose this Canopy location expecting the usual quality, but it fell a bit short. The room was modern and clean, which I appreciated. However, I faced issues with dining especially during breakfast. The staff didn’t seem that well-trained, and they were a bit unfriendly. The internet connection was poor on my floor, making it frustrating to stay connected. The limited menu of the restaurant didn’t offer enough local options, considering I was in Brazil. The reception staff were also quite slow when I needed help with my credit card payments. Despite these issues, the location was convenient, and I enjoyed the room's decor. The gym could use more space for exercises, as it felt cramped when I wanted to work out. A little more attention to service would greatly enhance the experience, especially at breakfast.

The location is perfect, close to Avenida Paulista, and the room design is just beautiful with attention to detail.

I had a fantastic 5-night stay where I enjoyed the beautiful parks just a short stroll away and was thrilled to find the Itau Cultural Institute only about 500 meters from the hotel—a perfect spot for weekend explorers like me who love diving into local culture.

The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The gym could be more spacious to allow for mat exercises.
